218 scholarships totaling $515,800.00 will be awarded to the students of Grant County in 2015.  4,136 scholarships totaling $8,763,900.00 have been awarded since 1997.

Charitable/Community Grants

2015 Paul Lauzier Charitable Foundation grant recipients have been selected.  View the menu for a complete list.  A total of $514,600.00 was awarded this year, which brings the overall total of charitable grant funding to $8,504,128.00.

Charitable grants are awarded annually in support of community development, youth programs, public health and safety, education and agriculture.

Latest News

Scholarship checks are currently being disbursed to colleges for the upcoming school year.  Your patience is appreciated as it takes time for awards to be processed.  An original letter and check will be sent directly to the school.  The check will be deposited into a student account.  Students will receive a copy of the letter that was sent to the college which will provide notification that funds have been disbursed.  Please contact our office if you have questions.  Have a great school year ahead!

Welcome

The Paul Lauzier Foundation was created pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Paul Lauzier. Mr. Lauzier supported numerous religious, educational and charitable causes during his life. To that end, he developed an estate plan designed to continue his legacy of charitable giving.

Half of the net income from the assets of Mr. Lauzier’s estate is distributed through the Paul Lauzier Scholarship Foundation for college scholarships to Grant County students. The other half of the net income is distributed through the Paul Lauzier Charitable Foundation in the form of grants for community development, youth programs, public health and safety, education and agriculture.
